Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the Eco Network application (package network.eco.eco_network), published on Google Play by the developer Eco Network, and to the econetwork.cloud website.

Eco Network prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) absolutely and has zero tolerance for it. This page sets out the standards that apply to everyone who uses the Eco Network mobile application (the "App"), how to report a violation, and what we do when we receive a report. It is published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and it is publicly accessible worldwide, with no account or login required.

1. Minimum age

Eco Network is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age required in your country (for example 16 in parts of the EEA) — to create an account. Accounts we identify as belonging to someone below that age are terminated and the associated data is deleted.

2. What is prohibited

The following are strictly forbidden anywhere in the App, including in display names, handles, profile biographies, referral messages, and support conversations:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, and any link to it.
• Sexualisation of a minor, including text, drawings, or generated imagery.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to make sexual contact with a minor.
• Trafficking of a minor, or advertising, offering, or seeking any of the above.
• Normalising, promoting, or glorifying sexual interest in minors.

These rules apply regardless of intent, tone, or claimed fiction. A single violation results in immediate and permanent account termination.

3. How to report

In the App: open Profile → Support → New ticket, choose the category Other, and use CHILD SAFETY as the subject. Tickets opened this way are routed to our child safety contact and reviewed as the highest priority, ahead of every other ticket.

By email: write to econetworkofficial.xyz@gmail.com with the subject line CHILD SAFETY. Include the handle or display name of the account involved and, if possible, when you saw the content. Please do not attach or forward the material itself.

Reports may be made anonymously, and we never disclose the identity of a reporter to the reported account.

4. How we respond

• Child safety reports are triaged within 24 hours of receipt.
• Content found to violate these standards is removed immediately and the account is terminated permanently, with no appeal for confirmed CSAE.
• Apparent CSAM is preserved as required by law and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to the competent local authority where reporting is required.
• We cooperate with law enforcement requests that are lawful and properly served.
• We take reasonable steps to prevent the terminated user from returning, including blocking the email address and the device identifier tied to the account.

5. Preventive measures

The App does not allow users to upload photos, videos, or files, and it has no public feed, no direct messaging between users, and no discovery of strangers. The only user-supplied text visible to anyone else is a display name, a handle, and a short biography — all of which are subject to these standards and can be reported and removed. This design substantially limits the surface on which CSAE could occur.

6. Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety and child protection laws in the markets where the App is distributed, including obligations to report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authority. Our standards are reviewed at least annually and whenever the applicable law or Google Play policy changes.

8. Emergencies

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you may also report to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org; elsewhere, an INHOPE member hotline can receive your report.
