Distribution phase — live now

ECO is a cryptocurrency.
Distributed to the people who take part in it.

Eco Network is the ecosystem built around the ECO token. The network is in its distribution phase: you take part from your phone, the community grows, and the token's utilities are introduced progressively as the ecosystem is developed.

The Eco Network app: balance in ECO, live session and network activity.

Where the project stands

Eco Network is built in order: distribute the token, then give it uses, then let an economy run on it. This is the first stage.

Current phase

Distribution

ECO is distributed to members through participation in the network, and the community grows. This is what the app does today.

Next

Utility

ECO becomes usable — payments between members, ECO Pay, ECO Market, access to services. Introduced progressively, as the infrastructure for each is built.

Then

Circular economy

Distribution → use → transactions → commerce → reuse. Members earn ECO and spend it; merchants receive it and spend it again inside the ecosystem.

What ECO is

Three things to hold on to before anything else.

🪙

A cryptocurrency

ECO is the native token of Eco Network. Everything the project builds — the app, the payment layer, the marketplace — is built around it.

🌍

Its own ecosystem

Not a token looking for a home. Eco Network is designing the services ECO will be used in: payments, a marketplace, business tools, applications.

🤝

Distributed by participation

You do not buy your way in. ECO reaches members through taking part in the network — which is exactly what the current phase is for.

The complete list of planned utilities — payments, ECO Market, ECO Pay, rewards, loyalty, governance, business services — is detailed in the white paper. Read the utility section →

How you take part

The mechanism is deliberately simple, so that a phone and a few seconds a day are enough.

Step 1

You open a session

One tap. The session lasts 24 hours and is the same length for everyone. It runs on Eco Network's servers, so you can close the app, lose your connection or switch the phone off — the session is unaffected.

Example — you tap at 8:00 on Monday. The session ends at 8:00 on Tuesday, whether or not you opened the app in between.
Step 2

You come back and claim it

A notification tells you the session is finished. Claiming credits your balance and lets you open the next one. There is a limited window to claim: the network measures participation, so it asks you to actually come back.

Example — you claim on Tuesday morning, your balance rises, and a new 24-hour session starts on the same tap.
Step 3

You invite, and your rate rises

Every member has an invitation code. Each person who joins through it and genuinely takes part raises your rate by 5%, up to a ceiling of +50%. Attachment is written once by the server, permanently.

Example — 4 active referrals put you at +20%. An invited account that never mines adds nothing: the network counts participation, not sign-ups.

Why nothing is computed on your phone

Proof of work asks "who spent the most computation?" — a question only industrial hardware can win. Eco Network asks "who is genuinely, repeatedly taking part?", and that is answered by an identity, a clock and a server that cannot be lied to. Your device sends two requests per session and shows a countdown between them: no background process, no hashing, no wake lock, no extra battery. It is not an optimisation — it is what makes participation possible on any phone, anywhere.

The ecosystem, as it exists today

The utilities are being built. In the meantime the app is already a working product — and it is where you take part in the network.

Real market data, streaming

Crypto prices arrive continuously, pushed every second. Stocks, commodities, indices and currencies are polled on their own schedule, because those markets close.

  • Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, XRP, Solana, Cardano, Dogecoin and dozens more
  • Tesla, NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Coinbase
  • Gold, silver, platinum, crude oil, S&P 500, Nasdaq
  • Search, trending, top gainers and top losers

Charts you can read with your finger

From one hour to the full history. Hold anywhere on the curve and that exact point gives its price and its date — no pinching, no guessing.

  • Price, 24-hour change, market cap, volume, high and low
  • One star adds an asset to your watchlist
  • The watchlist syncs to your account and stays readable offline
  • Read every price in your own currency — over 150 to choose from

News from the publishers, untouched

Articles from Cointelegraph, Bitcoin.com News and Decrypt, sorted by date, filtered by Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins or market.

  • Nothing is rewritten or summarised by the app
  • Every article opens at its publisher
  • The last fetch stays readable without a connection

Your balance, your referrals, your progress

Everything the network records about your participation, in one place: what you produced, who you brought in, and where your rate stands.

  • Full history of every movement, with its source and its date
  • Your invitation code, and the referrals that are actually active
  • Six interface languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Chinese
  • Built to stay usable on a slow connection, and to say so when data is stale

What ECO will be used for

Eco Network's aim is for ECO to have concrete uses inside its own economy, rather than depending on being traded somewhere else. These utilities are introduced progressively, as the infrastructure for each one is built.

Each one is explained in the white paper: what it is for, and how it fits the circular economy the network is aiming at.

Questions people actually ask

Including the uncomfortable ones.

What is ECO, exactly?

ECO is the native cryptocurrency of the Eco Network ecosystem. Today it is being distributed to members through participation in the network; as the ecosystem is developed it is intended to be used for payments, in ECO Market, through ECO Pay, and to access services. The white paper sets out the full list.

Why distribute the token before building the uses?

Because an economy needs participants before it needs shops. The distribution phase puts ECO in the hands of a real community and lets the network grow; the payment layer, the marketplace and the services are then built on top of that community rather than in front of an empty room.

Does mining damage or slow my phone?

No. Nothing is computed on your device. A session is a counter kept on Eco Network's servers — the app only starts it and claims it. Your phone does no more work than displaying any other screen, and uses no extra battery.

Why is it free? How is this funded?

The app shows advertisements. They are ordinary ads, shown sparingly at natural moments, and they are completely separate from the network: watching one gives you no ECO, and refusing every single one costs you nothing. Your participation counts the same either way.

Do I have to pay, or send crypto, to join?

Never. Eco Network has no purchase, no subscription, no deposit and no address to send anything to. If you are ever asked to pay to unlock participation, to speed it up, or to release a balance, you are being scammed — and it is not us asking.

Who speaks for Eco Network?

This site and the application, and nothing else. Everything that matters about the network is published here. If you find a page or receive a message announcing something in our name, check it here first.

Can I run several accounts to accumulate faster?

No. One account per person. Duplicate accounts, emulators, automation and clock tampering are detected and lead to suspension with the balance frozen. The server holds the economy: changing your device clock or decompiling the app produces nothing at all.

What data do you collect?

An email address, your first and last name, and your activity in the network — sessions, balance, referrals, watchlist. No contacts, no location, no files. Everything is listed in the Privacy Policy, and you can delete your account and its data from the app or from this page.

Where do the prices and the news come from?

From public market data providers and from the publishers themselves. Eco Network does not produce prices and does not write news. Everything shown is there to inform you, exactly as its source published it.
