Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Eco Network mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the App. The App is not intended for children.

2. Your account

One account per person. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension and a frozen balance.

3. The ECO token

ECO is a participation token that represents activity within the Eco Network community (see the white paper). ECO has no guaranteed monetary value, is not a security or investment, and there is no promise of any listing, price, or future value. You should not expect financial return.

4. Mining and rewards

"Mining" is a proof of participation, not of computation; it does not use significant device resources.
Production rates and reward amounts may be adjusted at any time.
Automation, bots, scripts, emulators, and tampering with your device clock or the App are prohibited.
Advertisements are shown to fund the service. No advertisement grants ECO or changes your mining rate: the two systems are independent.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to defraud the service or other users, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may freeze a balance during review. You may delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).

7. Service changes

Features and the network's economy may evolve. Major changes are announced in the App. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss related to the ECO token, which has no guaranteed value.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
